The challenge

The usual ways of running animated wallpapers stopped working on newer versions of Windows 11.

The approach

Wallgami renders video, GIF and sandboxed web wallpapers behind the desktop icons, with per-monitor wallpapers, pause rules for games, battery and screen-sharing, and accessibility options like reduced motion and a flash guard.
